Sometimes one of our clients needs to transfer to a later course date at short notice and that course place then becomes available. If you can be flexible you could take advantage of these late availability places - and at a very special last minute price too! To receive notification of these last minute deals you will need to join our VLS Membership is free and members will receive preferential email notification of any last minute course places we have. VLS places can only be booked by calling Vono and quoting the VLS number, which will appear on your email notification. To become a VLS member simply email your

Make Vono your training partner and benefit from the best loyalty scheme available. It's based on the cumulative number of training days booked with no restriction on whom from your organisation makes the bookings. This really is the fairest scheme to be had for maximum reward. We will even track all bookings from your organisation and inform you what level of discount applies to the bookings you make - so it's easy for you to get the training you need, when you need it, and at the best possible price. The loyalty discount will be calculated on the following scale: Training days booked in any 12 month period:

1-3 Full Fee
4-6 10% Reduction
7-9 15% Reduction
10-12 17.5% Reduction
More than 12 - Call us for details

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • 1.The Vono Loyalty Scheme was launched on 1st January 2009 to reward clients who choose to use Vono as their preferred training partner.
  • 2.The scheme is based on the cumulative number of open course training days booked by a client organisation in any 12 month period. The first 12 month period for a given client starts on 1st January 2009, or on the date they make their first booking, whichever is the later.
  • 3.The loyalty scheme is based on the total number of days booked by a given organisation. There are no restrictions on who makes the booking. Qualifying bookings are logged to the clients loyalty account. We will keep the client informed of the level of loyalty discount that has been applied to the course fee.
  • 4.If a client is able to pay for their course 8 weeks before the start date of the course then they can also take advantage of our 10% Early Bird discount. This 10% would be calculated after any loyalty discount had been applied to the course fee.
  • 5.Occasionally, we may offer clients one-off special offers on selected courses. Where this special offer discount is greater than that accumulated on the client?s loyalty scheme, we will offer the client the choice of taking the greater discount. However, in these instances the booking will not be logged to the client?s loyalty account.
