Custom In-House Training Solutions? Through CIPDE - Vono is able to offer the complete range of courses directly from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. The options available are from 1 day accredited short courses forr any number of staff - right up to the full Diploma courses which are of 1 year duration.
'In-company' tailored and bespoke training is the natural choice where the training need is likely to be specific and ?just-in-time?. 'In-company' working is particularly cost effective. The courses are only as long as they need to be to satisfy the objectives. The tutor travels to the delegates so their travel and hotel bills are saved. We can work on a fixed fee per day, usually less than open course fees.
